Hi!

I have a setup with windows and linux dual booting, HW is:

B450 tomahawk
nvme ssd intel
ryzen 5 3600
OpenCore bootloader with base configs from this repo

I created a partition for OS X following this guide for partitioning the drive.

I managed to get to setup to boot but then I can't select this new partition I created to osx with the error (missing firmware partition). It has maybe to do with my drive being detected as external?

Attached are screenshots for setup error and also partitioning scheme.

Any help is much appreciated. thanks!

What is on the other partitions? It's best to use the full disk.

I solved it by formatting the partition into which I wanted to install osx as APFS rather than HFS, everything working now!

Only issue left is sleep!

Best
