Catalina not installing in ssd

Hello guys please help I follow the guides to install macOs in my pc. I was able to boot and got to macOs utilities. I formated my disk using disk utilities and put it in apfs. When I hit install Catalina and I agree with the terms and conditions, it lets me choose my formated ssd, I hit install and it takes me back to the macOS utilities window. I can keep doing the same process over and over again. and not been able to install it. Please help
