i was wondering if my asus zenbook q408UG could run macos it’s a ryzen 5 5500u with 8 gigs of ram with both integrated amd radeion graphics and dedicated Nvidia geforce mx450

Unfortunately no it can't run macOS.

The AMD Radeon graphics are not supported in the APU format.

The Nvidia GeForce MX450 uses the same chip as the Nvidia GTX 16650, which has never been supported in any version of macOS.
