A year ago I tried to install Mac Os on my laptop with Amd Radeon Graphics and I failed. Will I be able to install Mac Os on Amd Radeon Graphics now?

Possibly, depends on your laptop configuration.

Using NootedRed.kext might allow you to use the integrated AMD APU.
