Can´t see any macOS partitions on OpenCore Boot Menu

I followed the OpenCore guide 3 Times and tried all listet troubleshooting options at "#Can't see macOS partitions" . I tried to install Big Sur. But my usb Stick isn´t listed.



My System:
Amd Ryzen 5 1600
MSI Pc-Mate B350
RX580 8GB
24gb Ram
