Not sure if it will run macOS, as the CPU is old and came out a couple of years before the FX Vishera AM3+ series of CPU's. The CPU is lacking a lot of necessary instruction sets.
You may be able to run OS X but you would need a patched kernel for this system, something OpenCore doesn't support.
Have a look in the AMD Development section over at InsanelyMac.
I used a few patched kernels from that site a long time ago, some created by Shaneee, with similar old Athlon MB & CPU's.

This system will run macOS High Sierra. The limiting factor is the GTX 1050Ti GPU.
As this GPU requires the Nvidia Web Drivers and the last version of macOS to support the Web Drivers is High Sierra 10.13.6.
Switching the Nvidia GTX 630 over to this system would allow you to run macOS Big Sur, as the Nvidia GTX 630 is natively supported in macOS up to and including Big Sur.
This Ryzen system will run the latest version of macOS (Monterey) with a compatible AMD GPU.
See this GPU Buyers Guide for more information on the Nvidia GPU's.
