I have two Asrock TRX40 Creator motherboards. One with a 3960X installed Monterey no problem. The other one has a 3970X. I tried to install monterey using the same EFI, adjusting the core count in the kernel patches, but it freezes during boot. I installed Monterey onto WD black NVME drives using an Imac, then booted with a usb. I’ve used this technique many times.

Does anyone have an EFI for monterey on Asrock TRX40 Creator/3970X that works? TIA.
