Im trying to install Sequoia+15.3.1 on an Amd ryzen 5600H Laptop, Lenovo Ideapad Gaming 3. I had previously installed Ventura and it installed after some tweaks and ran mostly fine. Wifi wasnt working because of my unsupported Mediatek wifi card.

Im trying to install Sequoia+15.3.1 now with the latest opencore version, and after starting the Install Sequoia from boot menu, my screen gets stuck on apple logo. Secure boot is off in bios and also in the config.

I installed ventura just 2 days back so im pretty sure all the kexts are latest. Im just trying things around to learn and following different guides and already available efi and have noticed amd stuff is pretty janky and time taking so im sorry if i am doing something completely wrong.

Regards

Hi @ironyaditya I would suggest a couple of things to try and sort out why it won't boot. Add -v to your boot arguments so you can see where it stops loading. Grab a picture of that and post it, that would provide others here wit ore information. You can also try disabling any bluetooth related kexts as that can be an issue with Sequoia, it requires three different kexts and some tweaking of the NVRAM/ Add section of the config.plist to work.

I removed the Bluetooth kexts and added the -v. Its stopping at a panic error it seems.
