Sorry, but with those specs you are probably wasting your time.

The dual core CPU and limited RAM mean you might possibly get it to run Snow Leopard, or Lion with a patched kernel or distro, but anything newer might be a step too far.

The AMD vanilla method definitely won't work on your system.

I think this was the last kernel produced for Yosemite 10.10.5

Does the kernel needs sse4x?

Sorry to hear that, not sure what else to suggest regarding your old system. As the patched kernel was the best chance for your system to boot in to the macOS Yosemite installer.

This kernel indeeds go way further than any other kernels! when I put the kernel into /S/L/K inside Yosemite Zone Installer (I can't find any other full installer that cam be kernel-swapped) and it get past still waiting for root device, launchd spam, but stuck at the end with invalid opcode, and if I try clover I don't have any knowledge on clover since I usually do OpenCore on my Intel machine, I need a little assistance for this since I have tried for a couple months now

The drivers are added properly, snapshot properly, but it won't get past that scrn

Yosemite Zone if memory serves me right, contains a number of different Kernels, which can be called to be used by entering a specific boot argument, i.e. ‘AMD’ so the AMD Kernel is selected by the Distro. Have you tried using the AMD Kernel contained in the Distro?

It may also contain a number of legacy kexts that may work with your setup, but I can’t recall how these would need to be added to the configuration.

There's plenty of AMDs in there, the distro one most of them will stuck at still waiting for root device, AMD32 panic at iousbehci, for the shaneee kernel that he gave, it did go way further and stop at invalid opcode
