The Integrated R7 Radeon Graphics are not supported in macOS, not even when using NootedRed.kext.
Can you disable the integrated GPU in the bios?
Your AM4 CPU (4-Core/4-thread) might work with the AMD Kernel Patches in OpenCore, but not if you don't add a compatible discrete GPU to your system.

Possibly. Your CPU is a bit of an unknown. I've not seen anyone running macOS on an AMD A10. But that may be just me.
If you use a compatible AMD GPU you have a better chance of things working. See this guide for compatible dGPUs.
