@mumin16,

Ok so I've had a look at your query today. I checked and found you previously had posted a working EFI of your setup here. > https://forum.amd-osx.com/threads/i-need-msi-pro-b650-p-and-7600x-efi.4024/post-26740

I assume you hadn't updated your EFI so it's causing you boot issues? Therefore I've gone ahead and updated it for you to latest OC 0.9.4 including kexts, and also added the latest AMD kernel patches. It should boot with the latest Ventura.

I've also done some tweaks to the EFI and checked the specs of your system. Here are some things I found:

1) Your ethernet card is based upon Realtek 8125 Ethernet and NOT Intel - so I've disabled the Intel I225-V kext and SSDT-I225V for you.
2) You mentioned before wifi & Bluetooth doesn't work. So I checked online and found it is because it has an AMD Wifi 6E card (Mediatek MT7921K rebranded). If you want working wifi & Bluetooth you'll need to swap it out for an Intel AX210. Don't get any Broadcom cards as their support is being phased out.
3) You mentioned before your USB 2.0 ports not working also. I believe I have the fix for them so I've added them also to your EFI (SSDT-XHC0-TO-XHC & SSDT-PTXH-TO-XHC2) - these are fixes for the USB ports for AMD based boards.
