If you used my map, delete it. Yes, the map had some things in it and it was internally disabled (not compatible with the new card). Delete all kexts for WiFi (which you seem you did).
Once you delete the USB map it should work.
RadeonBoost causes a panic on my system. I removed it and it allows the system to boot fine...
Interestingly, once it boots for the first time, you can add the RadeonBoost kext back and it boots just fine.
Your platforminfo section is probably screwed up in your config file. Did you generate a new serial number and made sure it’s invalid as per the guide? Is your Ethernet seen as builtin?
Does your keyboard work in the BIOS? If it does, then it’s an OC config issue... use a different OC folder if you can to test out. If your keyboard doesn’t work in the BIOS, use a different keyboard.
Assuming you copied the EFI of the USB to the EFI of SSD properly, and not just to the root of your SSD, then your boot order is screwed up and your BIOS is reading something else first. Make sure you unplug your USB and the SSD is selected as your primary boot device.
CSM provides legacy (non GUID) drive support. If you disable CSM, you will only see GUID formatted drives. That means your Mac drive is formatted with GUID, your Windows drive is not. Reformat and reinstall Windows on a properly formatted drive and you should be able to disable CSM and remove...
Use a standard SSDT-EC-USBX file. Delete the rest of the files in ACPI for now. If that fixes your problem, it’s one of the files you deleted. Add them back one at a time to see when the problem starts happening again...
Disabling CSM gets rid of legacy (non GUID) partitioned drives. When you boot into the installer, go to Disk Utility first and format your drive as GUID. Exit Disk Utility and continue with the install.
I’m sorry for costing you a lot of money then... ;)
Yes, I replaced all fans with Arctic P14s. I had Noctua A14s before, but they were slightly louder than I liked at 700ish RPM. Extremely happy with the P14, at 1/2 the cost of the Noctua. Quieter at the same RPM, even though they don’t move as...
It’s a standard M.2 WiFi card. I replaced my Intel AX200 with this one. WiFi Card
Broadcom 94360 In A/E M.2 format. That card works out of the box with no extra drivers needed. You do not need to inject any Kexts.
We have extremely similar builds. I even use the Seasonic TX-850 and the Fractal Define 7XL. Only difference is the motherboard, albeit still a Gigabyte and you use a different brand GPU card. Seems my GB scores are higher but your GPU scores are higher.
I did use the Noctua D15, but just...
Removing the auto speed adjustment from AMDRyzenCPUPowerManagement is still slower than not including the files there to begin with.
Also, WhateverGreen is NOT needed if only 1 monitor is used. I have 3, so without it, I just get 1 monitor (HDMI) which works. For 3 monitors (HDMI, DP, DP) I need...
Set a flat plateau to run from 0-60 degrees @ 40% (or whatever level you want your fans working at). For everyday use, it'll just stay in that range and your fans won't ramp up/down, which is annoying.
