Last item to fix
I seem to have everything running on my system. My last issue is that it hangs when it goes into a sleep cycle. The reason I'm baffled is that I've got everything I can set to not go to sleep. I used the first EFI he sent me (a pretty stripped down one) and a full Ventura install iso he sent me as well - Much thanks K! The were both created with the windows method. I used Rufus 4.4. More progress to report. I redownloaded Ventura with macrecovery utility - some success. We are passed the LoadImage error. Current error in log.- Tek-Chief

So, I had two issues going. I don't know if one was causing an issue. I had two USB drives I was working with active at the same time. I removed one of them. Yes, I can get to the picker. It is after I select the dmg the error message occurs. The error message is "OCB: LoadImage Failed - Unspported".- Tek-Chief

@Kubokun I gave it a shot on both of them. I’m still getting an ”image load failed - unsupported“ error. I’m starting to wonder if it is something in my BIOS settings. I’ll double check I have them set the same as you. I may need to roll it back a few versions. I’m on F9.- Tek-Chief

Some progress. I burned the full installer to a usb ssd that I have. I got past the two errors in the previous post and it tries to install macOS. Unfortunately, I don't get to the installer menu. I believe the answer is in the log file but I don't know what it means because one error can't be true and the other I don't know how to fix because by accounts it should have the necessary drivers. Thanks! Heading there now. I'm at a stuck point because I can't get past the prohibitory symbol. I've tried all the fixes suggested. At first I though it was because my NVMe was set up in a Raid0 - which appears to be a known issue. I dropped it back to ACHI but no help there.- Tek-Chief
