Most likely the same issue as Camera Tracker in After Effects and Liquify in Photoshop... try running Premiere from terminal with this command: MKL_DEBUG_CPU_TYPE=5 /Applications/Adobe\ Premiere\ Pro\ 2020/Adobe\ Premiere\ Pro\ 2020.app/Contents/MacOS/Adobe\ Premiere\ Pro\ 2020 -

For an equivalent fix for After Effects crashing when using camera track and mask tracking, I was able to get it working by launching from Terminal with this command: MKL_DEBUG_CPU_TYPE=5 /Applications/Adobe\ After\ Effects\ 2020/Adobe\ After\ Effects\ 2020.app/Contents/MacOS/After\ Effects -

First make sure Photoshop is closed. Then Just copy the whole line: MKL_DEBUG_CPU_TYPE=5 /Applications/Adobe\ Photoshop\ 2020/Adobe\ Photoshop\ 2020.app/Contents/MacOS/Adobe\ Photoshop\ 2020 Open Terminal and paste the command (and hit return if you need to). It will Launch Photoshop. -

I’m not sure why I felt compelled to update - maybe I was hoping my 3rd display port would start working. I ran the update and it seems to hang on installer after the reboot.🤦♂️ Any ideas?- Yu32

Adobe 2020 apps no working.
Awesome! I was worried also that I built a screaming fast 16-core Mac that beats $12,000 Mac Pros and I couldn’t do subject select and liquify in PS - so this one saved me too. if only I can get camera tracking to work on after effects I’ll be happy - I haven’t tried the same trick in AE yet.- Yu32

Adobe 2020 apps no working.
If you run photoshop from the terminal with this command these functions should work. MKL_DEBUG_CPU_TYPE=5 /Applications/Adobe\ Photoshop\ 2020/Adobe\ Photoshop\ 2020.app/Contents/MacOS/Adobe\ Photoshop\ 2020- Yu32

This could help with some other Adobe apps as well, but I was able to get the Liquify Tool as well as the Subject Selection tools to stop crashing Photoshop when I launch it from the terminal with this command: MKL_DEBUG_CPU_TYPE=5 /Applications/Adobe\ Photoshop\ 2020/Adobe\ Photoshop\... -

I always turn of Sleep in preferences actually so I don't know if there's an issue there. I always just turn my screensaver on. No issue during boot at all. I did see an issue where the computer didn't like me starting up with one of the HDMI ports on the graphics card so I used the other one...- Yu32

I did get the Adobe Suite running with these commands -- there are some issues however... I couldn't open RAW photo files from a Sony A7R4, and also Photoshop crashes when trying to use the liquify tool or the subject select tool unfortunately. Will update if I figure out a workaround, but... -

I did have to run some of these commands to get all the Adobe products to run, but trying to run those commands now give ma a "No such file or directory error" - I'll look into it some more. I did just install their latest AE update just now and when I click on the Track button now...- Yu32
