after dong some reading I found a post where there was an SSDT which was blocking the USB ports on the system. Could this be the problem here

So I tried that new EFI and both DVI ports on my GTX 760 without any adapters and still get the black screen before Pick List.

I made a mistake, I forgot to replace the Debug files with the ones from the Release version. Once I replaced the files I get the black screen again. to rule out error by me is it possible to rebuild that Latest EFI with out my Debug files please
