it is safe per AMD standards, however, it is definitely not normal. I would check mobo temps in bios to make sure its accurate and then make sure you put enough heatsink grease and make sure fan settings are not out of wack in mobo. My 5600x's would run around 45-65 degrees C under load.

I did reset nvram, but was using my usb kext from usb toolbox. I created the usb mapping booting off of windows 11 EFI from its ssd, totally bypassing OPENCORE and Mac OS. I thought that would get the most accurate map possible.
