Freezes on some apps

I successfully updated my Genmachine Ryzen 7 5800U to macOS Tahoe 26.2, but when I open certain apps (like Zen Browser), the app and the entire system freeze.

I’m attaching my EFI in case anyone can help.
Model: Mechanical Jun Ren5000 5800U
CPU: Ryzen 7 5800U (8 cores / 16 threads) up to 4.4 GHz
GPU: Radeon Vega 8 Graphics

Wi‑Fi, Bluetooth, and the USB ports are working as expected.

You could look to see if the apps need to be updated for Tahoe, i.e. are you still using app that were designed and released for Sequoia.

You could also look to see if AMDFriend.kext would help. See the links below.

Not likely to be anything to do with your EFI, as if that wasn't working or was causing the issues then your GenMachine system wouldn't boot macOS.
