Provide a copy of your OpenCore EFI folder so we can see what you are using.

Also provide a full list of the main components in the laptop, or a link to the manufacturer’s specifications page.

The Intel HD4400 isn’t natively supported by macOS, it requires a fake device ID from a HD4600 in order to work.
 
I used a efi from online and replaced the kexts, files, and ssdt's to match my exact hardware.

Try this revised EFI, see if it helps.

Post a screenshot if the system KP's.

I am not sure if you need the NullEthernet.kext for your system, as you have a builtin WiFi card that should work. But that shouldn't be an issue during the installation of Monterey. It will be more obvious if it is needed when you have macOS installed.
