i got a Lenovo Legion 5 pro, and it got Ryzen 7 7745HX and a Rtx 4060, how can i install MacOS on it

Neither of the GPU’s in your laptop are macOS compatable.
The Nvidia GPU has and never will be supported.
The AMD GPU is not one that NootedRed.kext supports. In the AMD 7000 APU Series only the 7x3x APU’s are supported. See the FAQ linked below.
