Is BIOS not supported?

Did you do set the ProvideCurrentCpuInfo quirk in config.plist?

I try to install it on a USB stick. It can work, but does not recognize M2 hard disk and SATA hard disk. PCIe WiFi is not recognized. EFI also uses Big Sur.

Screenshot of installing to SSD

macOS Monterey does not run on MSI 500 boards with BIOS that Zen 3 support.
If you want to use the 5950X with a 6600 XT you either need to use KVM/QEMU to virtualize macOS, or replace the motherboard with an ASUS or Gigabyte.

Can I drive it Boot 6600xt on Big Sur?

The 6600 XT is only supported by Monterey 12.1 and newer

12.4 runs on my MSI B550 Mortar wifi with 5800x and samsug M.2 PM9a1 SSD, and succesfully upgraded to 13beta, some guys use samsung T7 USB HDD to successfully install 12.4 on MSI B550 Mortar wifi with 5600, you can also try SATA SSD on MSI B550 Mortar wifi
