Hi Guys,

I'm currently trying to install macOS Monterey, but it seems to load the AMLs then proceed to crash and reboot.

I'm running OpenCore 0.7.8 Release and the install is Monterey 12.1 (previously was trying 12.2.1, wanted to see if 12.1 would make a difference).

I've included my config.plist and an image below.

Solution
That happens quite often.

You may need to recreate your installation USB, or try using the Internet Recovery option, I.e. select the recovery option from the OC Boot screen.

if the Recovery partition is not visible when you arrive at the OC Bout screen just select the ‘Spacebar‘ to unhide the icon.
Try booting with this config.plist.

I have cleaned it up and added the npci=0x2000 boot argument, as the next line in the screenshot you posted looks like the PCI Configuration Begin error.

You need to rename the config and then add your Serial Number etc. before you use it.

Hey,

Sorry for the late reply, I had received some external help and was able to get to the installer. The problem now is that the installer is stating that it is damaged.

Thank you for the help! I recreated my installation USB, and the installation went through smoothly.
