Considering the power of this new card
Would macos support 7900xtx possibly

We don't know if the new AMD RDNA 3 series will be supported in macOS.
Nothing we can do until Apple add the drivers for the next version of AMD Pro workstations cards, W7000 series.
It will only be possible if Apple add the drivers for the Intel Mac Pro 7,1 system. Even then they may only add one or two cards from the W7000 Pro series. As they have done with the W6000 Workstation cards.
Buying one anticipating its use in a Hack is a big gamble, just ask @CaseySJ as he has one sitting in its box waiting to be used.
