i have wifi dongle tl-wn727n v6, latest driver for catalina, if there any way to setup it?

There is no my Wi-Fi dongle

I'm aware it doesn't list it but that may be because no one has tried it yet. Chris has a link to report others that work with that repo.

My dongle is not working, is there another ways to setup?
upd: it seems ralink chip , is it impossible to setup it on macos >10.15

Not that I can find unfortuantly. Are you able to run a LAN cable? Your onboard LAN will work.
