wanna check if zen3 & big navi avaliable for osx now?

I want to build a osx pc with zen3 5900x and big navi 6800xt
however, since you know these processors and cards came out just lately,
so I wonder if building an osx pc on these hardware available for now or I have to wait till Apple came out with some devices using these hardware
if there's any way i can build a ryzentosh based on these, plz lemme know cuz i've been flipping through the internet but got nothin

Zen 3 works fine with nightly build of OC 0.6.4 and latest patches. The Navi 6000 series drivers are not yet finished, so no hardware acceleration yet.
