Hello good people of AMD OSX community. I have successfully installed Sonoma on my computer, everything 's working except for vram. I searched a lot and tried different things even can't name them now. I am using Asus R9 280 Direct CU Top 3GB.
Gpu acceleration is fine, my mouse doesn't gets stuck or anything. I can't play videos , what I think cause of the vram issue.
Please help me find a solution.

Yes, the RX 6700 XT will work, but as Shaneee said it requires the use of NootRX.kext instead if WhateverGreen.kext.

There are also a couple of other issues that need to be addressed when using NootRX.kext or NootedRed.kext for an AMD iGPU.
  1. You can't add any DeviceProperties to your config.plist, as these will clash with NootRX.
  2. You don't need to add agdpmod=pikera boot argument for the Navi II card as NootRX includes this entry.
Other than the above the RX 6700 XT works perfectly in macOS. I have one installed in my Asus ROG X570 Hack, which dual boots macOS Sequoia and Windows 11 Pro.
