Hello,
Has anyone else encountered this issue?

I have brand new hard disk for install, NVRAM is cleared out, and installer still asks for administrator password.

Tried to enter the previous install credentials but it does not work.

No clue how to proceed with it.

Try to enter your admin name and the password the same as the admin name but all in lower case.

:) just installed Monterey again on drive, then installed 13.0 again. There was no other way, no clue why.

Everything worked out like a charm tho, stage manager was worth the effort

That seems not very efficient to do. Just make sure you have a usb stick with Ventura loaded in it, and have your efi loaded on it also.

all you need to do it's open up the terminal

and do /Volumes/Image\ Volume/Install\ macOS\ Ventura\ beta.app/Contents/Resources/startosinstall --volume /Volumes/Macintosh\ HD/

it will ask to agree to license, after typing A it should start.
