Is a "Vanilla AMD Patches" version for MacOS Sanoma coming soon? Or is it possible to get my AMD Threadtipper system running with the patches for MAcOS - Ventura?

The latest AMD Patches are compatible with macOS Sonoma.

At worst you might have to change the MaxKernel entries on a few of the patches from 21.99.99 (Ventura) to 22.99.99 (Sonoma).

Patches were update on the repo in the beta stages of 14.0 and are ready to go. Just be sure you've got a compatible version of OpenCore and your kexts support Sonoma.

@Edhawk Sonoma MaxKernel setting is 23.99.99.
