update OC0.7.8, macOS 12.5.1 -> OC0.8.8 (debug), macOS Ventura, stuck on #[EB|LOG:EXITBS:START]

created a new install stick using the dortania guide (which was for OC 0.8.7 though), used included OC validate showing no issues. Attached is EFI and error logs. Downloaded Ventura from App store and used createinstallmedia in package to get it on the stick (so not quite sure which subversion it is). Also updated to most recent uefi showing no issues with the Monterey installation.
Attached error log shows #[EB|LOG:EXITBS:START] even though on the screen it shows what is on the attached photo.

Any hints or help would be greatly appreciated.

I just look into your EFI folder and under Kext. you don't have AppleMCEReporterDisabler kext. this text is require to install Monterey or Ventura.

Thanks a lot for the quick reply, I successfully updated to 13.1.

I even had this kext in my last install but still overlooked it since I only went over the mandatory list of kexts in the beginning.
