Hi everyone,
I'm a real noob here and have never done this before. I have spent days reading up and trying and failing.
I'm unable to boot - what am I doing wrong here?

EFI attached, any help would be greatly appreciated!

Your config seems fine but try this. More information would also help. You say "unable to boot" but does it show any errors? Get stuck on something?

Correct Boot Setting?

BIOS Settings

OptionStatus
SATA ModeAHCI
Above 4G DecodingEnabled 1
EHCI/XHCI Hand-offEnabled
SVMEnabled
CSMDisabled
Secure BootDisabled
Serial PortDisabled
Parallel PortDisabled
1 If you have this option in BIOS you must also remove npci=0x2000 from boot-args in your configuration file.
Some of these options may not exist in your firmware, just try to match it as closely as possible.

Before booting macOS remember to update BIOS to the latest version.
