I had this weird issue that despite turning on automatic time sync in Win10, the time never was right and I had to manually sync every time I logged into Windows.
So, if you have the same problem, here is how to fix it:
Go to Services, look for "Windows Time" (W32Time) and set the Startup-Type to automatic.
Sync will work after Windows is fully loaded, might take a moment though.
