hi, as soon as I try to start the macOS installation it gives me this error "the recovery server could not be contacted". I am using AppleIGB upgraded to Monterey 12.2 version.

CPU: amd ryzen 7 3700x
GPU: xfx rx 5700xt
Motherboard: asus rog strix x570-f (Intel Ethernet i211)
RAM: corsair vengeance rgb pro 2x8 (16)gb 3200mhz

Solution
You may be better served installing macOS Big Sur where your i211 Ethernet port works with the SmallTrees kexts. Then update to Monterey, once you have macOS up and running.

Alternatives:
Install a PCIe NIC that works OOB with macOS Monterey.
Use a USB to Ethernet adapter while you install Monterey.
