Ryzen 9 7950X3D
First of my many hacks to macOS 15 Sequoia (on separate partition)

Ryzen 9 7950X3d
ROG B650F Gaming Wifi
32GB DDR5
Radeon XT 6800 XT 16GB
Macpro 7,1
Open Core 1.0.1

Everything seems functional except wifi, bt, and/radeon sensor widgets.

I want to know how you updated successfully. My question: After the macOS installer boots the correct partition, the code runs through but can't enter the system.
Just like in the picture.

There are updated Kernel Patches. That's all I had to do and it worked flawlessly.

Which version of WhatEverGreen do you use? After installation I can hear sounds of booting Sequoia, but screen is black.
Is there any beta flag for WhatEverGreen?
-wegbeta I'll check later

I added this, but my problem is that the progress bar is stuck after the black screen, and I can't enter the system.
The kernel patch is the same as that on the beta branch.

I tried to add only lilu, smc and applemce, but there is the same problem.

The BETA was installed in one day's work.
I got a kernel panic for the first time. (picture)

The solution to this was to delete the Device Properties settings.
Then NVRAM reset.
Reboot and gray screen.
The solution to this is to disable IGPU. NVRAM reset.
And since my language was set to my own (Hungarian).
It had to be deleted. NVRAM reset.
This is how you have successfully installed macOS 15 BETA.
Now comes the testing... :) (sound crackles :( )

Copy and paste, doesn’t usually require a guide!

Assuming you are using Corpnewt’s ProperTree plist editor do the following:
  1. Open you current config.plist in ProperTree.
  2. Open the latest version of the AMD Kernel Patches in ProperTree, which have been updated to work with Sequoia.
    1. https://github.com/AMD-OSX/AMD_Vanilla
  3. Delete the Kernel > Patches section from your current config.
  4. Copy the Patches section from the AMD Vanilla Patches plist.
  5. Paste the new Patches section in to your config.plist, within the Kernel section.
  6. Edit the first four patches to match the CPU core count for your CPU.
  7. Save your config.plist.
You now should have the latest patches for running macOS Sequoia Beta.

Thank you! I upgraded the AMD patches and am successfully running Seqouia public beta on my Asus x570 and Ryzen 5950 with no further changes to my EFI folder.
