I reverted 1804/1805/2001beta to 1715 in the usual way
Usb with 1715 bios propely inserted in falshback back usb Bios renamed as ASUS teaches us..and pusshing back flashback button
i have 4 Nvme and four sata disks
greater Bioses than 1715 are weird with OSX (i cant say in other OS because i have only OSX in this PC)
I initially had exactly the same SATA issues as you did with the 1804/1805/2001 beta BIOS on the new BIOS 2202.
These issues only occurred in macOS.
Linux and Windows weren’t affected!
I compared the dsdt.dsl files from 1715 and 2202—in the SATA section (DP68 and SA0), there were naturally no changes. They were completely identical. In many other areas, the BIOS had already been noticeably modified.
That’s why I came up with the simple idea of just rebuilding the ACPI files with ssdttime.
The SATA controller now works as it should.
Here are screenshots from ioreg with working BIOS 2202 and rebuilded ACPI-Files in OC
and the ACPI-Errors from BIOS 2202 with ACPI-Files created from old BIOS 1715. (with no working sata-controller)
