Yes, you need to fix these issues in the config.plist of the latest version of OpenCore.

The large groups of OCS: entries, are expected to be present but are missing from your config.plist. You can find these entries in the Sample.plist that is located in the OpenCore Release folder, within the 'Docs' folder.

The UEFI->Output->InitialMode 'is illegal' message, simply means you can only have one of three entries for this Output entry, but you don't have any of the expected entries in your config.plist.

The 'Expose Sensitive Data' error is specific to Kext Updater, as I have used other values for this OC entry, depending on whether I used AMDRyzenCPUPowerManagement.kext and the AMD Power Gadget app. You may need to change it to '3' while using Kext Updater. Then change it back to whatever value you are currently using, once you have finished using Kext Updater.
Thank you a whole lot, I'll try to merge those from the sample.plist through to mine.

My pc on macOS Monterey feels running much slower that it could on Windows. Is it like due to hackintosh restrictions or my hardware is not being used to full extent? Should I fix something? Because windows runs just flawlessly, it's so multitasking comparing to macOS. Thank you in advance for answer!

Hi, @funkyman
Looks like your ACPI folder in the EFI has only 1 file, when I added ACPI files like SSDT-CPUR.aml, SSDT-EC-USBX-AMD.aml, SSDT-USBX.aml and DSDT.aml I was able to boot. I don't know what they do though however before I added them I saw some errors on the verbose that was saying I was missing ACPI.

For example I've got these files attached. Some of those @Edhawk has shared with me, some of them I think I've got from someone that seemed to have similar specs as mine but from my understanding you can't overcome this screen with nearly empty ACPI folder
