Referring to other forum posts, I successfully applied the sound card patch on macOS Tahoe 26.0 (25A354). After rebooting, I can also adjust the volume, but strangely, when playing videos in a browser, there’s stuttering and no audio output — it feels like the driver only ‘pretended’ to work. I’m wondering if anyone else has encountered this odd issue. Any help or advice from the experts here would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Use OCLP-Mod to apply the sound-card patch (disable SIP and load AMFIPass.kext). For the NVRAM key 7C436110-AB2A-4BBB-A880-FE41995C9F82-csr-active-config, set the DATA value to 03080000

Hello, have you ever encountered a situation where the sound card driver has been successfully installed but there’s still no sound, and playing videos on the web also stutters?
