[SOLVED] 5900X build, Catalina, login garbled or halts

This is my current EFI and problem description.

Build uses 0.6.4 build of OC that Shannee created.

Main issues:

- during normal boot, window server halts on login (or login never displays, it's black screen) but machine has otherwise booted successfully

- when using safe boot, I can login even thouigh login window is all garbled displaying dynamic background picture:



But it logs in fine, everything works as it usually works in Safe mode. Console app shows watchdogd killing windowserver which got into endless loop.

I am using HDMI connection, not Display Port. GPU works just fine, I tested it heavily in Windows 10, there are no issue with it.

The EFI has entire setup, if anyone has ideas – please take a look.

Freaking hell - all this is because PCIe speed was Auto and it defaulted to Gen4. When fixed to Gen 3, works as expected.
