Hey, your setup looks good for a hackintosh.B450M Mortar Max should work, although it can be tricky sometimes with macOS installation, I recommend testing OpenCore, with the right config for RX580, it should run fine, As for 2 OS on 2 SSDs, that's definitely doable.Just set the bootloader correctly, Additionally, check your LAN compatibility, since not every network card works out of the box, Depends on the chipset.If it's Realtek, you’ll probably need to add a kext.
