Ryzen 7 9850X3D + GIGABYTE X870 GAMING X WIFI7 - No luck creating EFI

My System Configuration is like this;

GIGABYTE X870 GAMING X WIFI7
AMD Ryzen 7 9850X3D 8-Core Processor
AMD Radeon RX 6800 XT
Realtek(R) PCI(e) Ethernet Controller as 10EC-8125 (Realtek 8125 Controller)

Whatever I tried, The system neither booted Recovery Partition or Installation Partition, It showed a Prohibition Sign and black screen.

I couldn't find a Thread that contains "9850X3D" in it, So i am here making first one!

!! I cant upload a EFI file, I tried using OPCORE-Simplify but failed hard, If you guys need one, I can leave one generated.
