It is always nice to receive help. Considering there is no advice on blue screen options, I am unsure how to correct the system error. I used both the Recovery and Base .dmg and nothing but a blue screen. Help would be much obliged.
I have no idea why you are seeing the blue screen of death. But I do know the RX 6400 GPU in your setup is not supported in macOS, in any way shape or form.
