Ryzen 7 3800x and GTX1080TI will it work?

Hello everyone, was wondering will it work on High Sierra with Ryzen 7 3800X and GTX1080TI, also have 32gb 3200mhz RAM, and will be installed on 2.5" SSD brand new.
I have read CPU and GPU req, but any tips on making it work correctly? What boot arguments i need to put when installing the OS and stuff?
Already have downloaded and made bootable usb with AMDHS_Installer_v2.5_clover.dmg file.
And also i have Win11 OS on separate m2 drive installed.

EDIT: Also i would want newer OS like Ventura, would it be possible to run my specs on that OS? As i know my GPU is not supported after High Sierra. I will upgrade in near future to RX6800 tho.

High sierra will work perfectly with your hardware
You install it as usual then you have to install nvidia webdrivers
Check well high sierra version and use the same proper high sierra web driver
You can also unlock nvidia webdrivers in different way
I suggest to use an Amd gpu card to enjoy in a better way osx experience
