That seems pretty normal to me, what were benching with?.

No that's not normal. Does Windows also report a high temp? My 5600X clocks up to 4.4GHz all core when running a bench and peaks between 80 and 85 degrees.

it is safe per AMD standards, however, it is definitely not normal. I would check mobo temps in bios to make sure its accurate and then make sure you put enough heatsink grease and make sure fan settings are not out of wack in mobo. My 5600x's would run around 45-65 degrees C under load.
