Hi everyone,
I'm at wit's end when it comes to this error; I've had to re-install Catalina 10.15.4 three times only to run into this issue randomly, so I'd really appreciate any pointers in the right direction! I have carefully followed the OpenCore Desktop guide, and run my config.plist through the SanityChecker. Unfortunately, I don't see my particular issue in the troubleshooting portion of the guide.

Here's my relevant hardware setup:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600
Motherboard: MSI X470 Gaming Pro Carbon
GPU: Sapphire Vega 64 Nitro+
Catalina: Samsung 1TB PM961 NVMe
Windows 10: Micron 1100 m.2 SATA (I use F11 to select the Win10 boot drive at startup instead of booting through OpenCore)

When this first occurred, I used my USB installer to partition my drive and install Catalina to the second partition. I booted to that partition, then wiped the first partition to reinstall Catalina to it. It worked without any issues until this morning when I restarted my system and encountered "OCB: StartImage failed." I haven't made any changes to the EFI folder or config.plist so I don't have the slightest clue what could be causing the problem. The strange thing is that I'm currently typing this from my working Catalina installation on my second partition, which I presume is utilizing that same EFI folder for booting.

Here are the last few lines when I pull up the .txt OpenCore boot logs. The first contains the "StartImage failed -- Aborted" and the second is from my current working partition.

If it helps, here's a snapshot of my EFI folder as well:

I'm happy to provide any other information that might be helpful. I'm just really tired of re-installed Catalina over and over again! Thanks!

Edit: After combing through the two boot logs, I found one variation! It's the last "slide" value; could this be the root cause?
