Random freezes trying to run vanilla amd catalina installer

Hi while im not new to this, my last build was a amd x370 gaming pro carbon with corsair vengence led 2133mhz, ryzen 5 1600x processor, and an xfx rx 480 rs hardswap 4gb card. running a clover install of high sierra. Im new to opencore however. My new build is as follows:

Msi x570 Gaming edge WiFi motherboard
Ryzen 5 3600
G.Skill Trident Z Neo DDR4-3200MHz
XFX rx 5700xt

Despite following all the guides for the vanilla usb installer it randomly freezes the whole comp trying to run installer after initial selection screen. Im attaching the opencore txt files. anyone that could help me getting it to work for my install will be handy as im at a loss
