Check how you have the power options set in your system Bios. If you have changed anything power related from their defaults, reset them. Do you have the power options set set to power off the system immediately or after a 4-second delay?
Are you using any third-party kexts or patches to ‘fix’ this issue, maybe you should disable them and see if they are causing the issue?
Ensure the power switch cables connecting to the motherboard are fully seated on the pins.

Yeah I usually have ErP on and I disabled it but nothing changed, i’m not using any other kexts or patches and the power switch cables are connected and it’s not a power and sleep problem as choosing those inside macos works. Also if i hold the power button it does turn on off but it force shuts off and doesn’t do it the way windows does it with a command to shut off from inside the os.

Windows and macOS don’t treat power features the same, as they have different drivers and frameworks. So I have to ask why do you expect them to behave in the same way?
If I press the power button while running macOS on one of my Hacks (Intel or AMD), I expect the system to power off without any warning. There are no additional stages where the OS asks if I am sure I want to power off the system. Would probably defeat the object of pressing the power button, as I am only likely to use that option if the system has locked up and isn’t responding to mouse or keyboard commands.
Some of my Intel Hacks require a single press of the power button to wake from a long sleep period. My AMD Hack’s all respond to a double-click from the mouse to wake from sleep.
