I just bought a deskmini X600 from Asrock with AMD Ryzen 5 8600G, Intel AX201 wifi + bluetooth card, 32 Gb DDRam inside. I have read a success MacOS installation on deskmini X300 and hope somebody help me with building opencore efi for mine! Many thanks!
The AMD Radeon 760M iGPU in your CPU is not supported In any version of macOS, so you are wasting your time trying to make the X600 a Hackintosh system.
There are no graphics kexts that will enable the 760M iGPU, so even if you were to get macOS installed you would be stuck with no graphics acceleration, graphics artefacts and general graphics issues.
