Nvidia + AMD a No-Go?

Hey,

so for the Sanity Check:

Got a Ryzen 5950X, Nvidia 3080, 32 GB RAM and an MSI x570 Unify.
Since the Ryzen don't come with integrated GPU's I guess it is a no-go? Or do we have some partial Working Drivers for the 3000 Series?
