Not sure why I can not install

I am unable to install Monterey these are my specs:

Currently I am getting this error on boot:




I got Catalina working however I could not get NootRX to work only WhateverGreen which then I do not get graphics accleration and there redraw issues which sucks. Any tips would be appreciated

NootRX only works in macOS Monterey and newer with the RX 6700 XT GPU.
