not smooth animation

Hello.
After installing ventura, there were noticeable lags in animations.
Especially when you expand the window or when you scroll, the problem was also observed earlier on Monterey.
The bios is configured correctly, the IGPU is turned off, here is my config:
motherboard: gigabyte b450M s2h
processor: ryzen 3 2200g
GPU: AMD SAPPHIRE RX570 (8GB)
P.S the monitor is connected via DVI, the monitor resolution is 1920x1080, if you set a lower resolution in the settings, the system will become smoother.

Try removing the RadeonBoost.kext, I never found this to help with my Polaris GPU's.

You might also want to see if the two RTLWlan... kexts are causing issues in Ventura. Not sure they were updated to work in Monterey or Ventura. Using a natively supported Broadcom WiFi/BT card is always best, followed by a compatible Intel WIFI/BT card.

config.plist changes:

1. You don't need to retain the Kernel > Force networking Family kext patch, as you are not running macOS Catalina or older. The patch can be deleted.
2. You are not using the latest version of the AMD Kernel Patches, the set you are using only contains 19 x patches. The latest release contains 20 x patches.

4. Change Misc > Boot > Timeout from '0' to '3' or '5' so you see the boot icons and can use the Spacebar to access the hidden drivers on the OC boot screen.
   1. Little point having Misc > Boot > PickerMode set to 'External' and images etc in the Resources folder if you are not going to use the the OC GUI.
5. Change Misc > Debug > AppleDebug from 'False/Disabled' to 'True/Enabled'
6. Change UEFI > APFS > MinDate & MinVersion from '-1' to '0', for better compatibility with Ventura.

Try this revised and cleaned up EFI, see if this helps.
