No Ethernet after updating to Tahoe

Ryzen 9 7950X3D
Hello, I have successfully updated to Tahoe (26.01 and 26.1 Beta 4) on the following:

Ryzen 9 7950X3d
ROG B650F Gaming Wifi
32GB DDR5
Radeon XT 6800 XT 16GB
Macpro 7,1
Opencore 1.0.6

However I seemed to lost ethernet.

Intel I219-V

I have tried AppleIGP, Intel Mausi, disabling all ethernet kexts and setting in the bios IOMMU from Auto to Enabled and nothing changes.

If I change the IOMMU to Enabled from Auto I get a rejected symbol when I try to pick MacOS in the open core picker.

Any suggestions how I can get ethernet back?
