The Radeon Graphics in the CPU are not supported. So the Integrated GPU would need to be disabled in the bios, or by use of a WhateverGreen.kext boot argument -wegnoigpu.
Your Nvidia GTX 1050Ti is only supported in macOS High Sierra, as the card requires the Nvidia Web Drivers. The last version of macOS to support the Nvidia Web Drivers was High Sierra 10.13.6.
You need to follow the OC Guide, for an AMD system, using the Ryzen Config guide, see these two links:
